Hi, I’m Renae — a HR Consultant, and qualified Counsellor with a postgraduate background in Psychology. I’ve spent more than a decade helping individuals and workplaces thrive through evidence-based people practices, meaningful communication, and a genuine focus on wellbeing.

With qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, and Human Resources, I bring a holistic perspective to every organisation I work with — bridging the gap between business goals and human needs. My approach is both strategic and compassionate, grounded in research but practical enough to make a real impact in day-to-day operations.

I hold two bachelor degrees in Communications, a postgraduate degree in Psychology, am a qualified Counsellor, and have advanced tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. I am currently studying my Masters of Business Psychology. This blend allows me to address workplace challenges from both a compliance and wellbeing perspective.
